APPLY FOAM
about 2-3 pumps generously in canals, outer ears and behind.
*Do not force excessive pressure or foam into ears.

SPONGE OUTER & BEHIND EARS
gently massaging exterior folds and crevises outside canals.
*Do not over scrub, scratch ears or push sponge ball into canal.

TWIST CANAL TIP
Carefully in canal entrance only.
*Most canal are about 1″ long but yours might be shorter. Stop of you feel any pain or discomfort.

RINSE WELL
with warm water, using a finger to wipe off suds completely. Tilt head and wiggle out excess water. Repeat in other ear.
SPONGE CARE
squeeze water out of the sponge and allow it to air dry. Replace the sponge head about once a month.
